Job Title: Mechanical Engineer II

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB Summary:

The Mechanical Engineer II is responsible for supporting the design, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment within the factory. The role focuses on analyzing mechanical performance, assisting in troubleshooting, and implementing engineering solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and productivity.

Key responsibilities:

· Assist in the design, development, and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment.

· Analyze machine performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.

· Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical issues in production and maintenance.

·  Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance planning.

·  Prepare technical reports, documentation, and engineering drawings.

·  Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

·  Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve processes.

·  Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

·  Monitor project timelines and support execution of engineering projects.

·  Maintain accurate records of engineering activities and system performance.

JOB SPECIFICATION       

Qualifications

· Education:

o   BA/BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Required Skills:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a mechanical engineering or related role.

· Basic knowledge of mechanical design, systems, and industrial equipment.

· Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical problems.

· Familiarity with engineering tools, drawings, and technical documentation.

· Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· strong communication and teamwork abilities.

· Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
