Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB Summary:

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance and installation activities within the factory to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment. The role focuses on supervising tasks, supporting troubleshooting activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities:

· Supervise daily electrical maintenance and installation activities.

· Monitor the performance and condition of electrical systems and equipment.

· Assist in diagnosing electrical issues and support corrective actions.

· Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for electrical systems.

· Ensure proper use of electrical tools, equipment, and procedures.

· Maintain records of electrical maintenance, inspections, and system performance.

· Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and operational procedures.

· Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

· Support training and guidance of electrical technicians.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

JOB SPECIFICATION       

Qualifications

· Education:

o   BA/BSc in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, or related field.

 Required Skills:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance or supervision role.

· Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and industrial equipment.

·  Ability to identify and support resolution of electrical issues.

·  Good organizational and supervisory skills.

·  Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

· Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
