Job Title: Assistant Electrical Design Division Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB Summary:

Assistant Electrical Design Division Manager supports the Department Manager in overseeing electrical design activities within the factory. The role focuses on assisting with project coordination, supervising design tasks, and ensuring designs meet technical, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

· Assist the Department Manager in planning and supervising electrical design projects.

· Support the review and approval of electrical drawings, designs, and technical documentation.

· Ensure all electrical designs comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

· Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams for successful design implementation.

· Monitor departmental performance and assist in tracking progress against project timelines.

· Provide technical guidance and support to electrical design team members.

· Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical design division.

· Help prepare reports and presentations on departmental performance and project progress.

· Support the mentoring and skill development of design team members.

JOB SPECIFICATION       

Qualifications

· Education:

o   Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Required Skills:

· Minimum 3 year of experience in electrical design or a related engineering role.

· Knowledge of electrical design principles, standards, and practices.

· Ability to read, interprets, and review electrical drawings and specifications.

· Good coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

· Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership potential.

· Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
