Job Title:  Electrician I (Technician I)

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB Summary:

The Electrician I (Technician I) is responsible for supporting electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities within the factory. The role focuses on ensuring the proper functioning of electrical systems and equipment while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.

Key responsibilities:

·  Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

·  Inspect electrical components such as wiring, control panels, and machines to identify issues.

·  Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective actions under supervision.

·   Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems to support continuous production.

·    Follow safety procedures and electrical standards at all times.

·    Maintain records of maintenance activities and electrical inspections.

·    Support preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.

·   Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.

JOB SPECIFICATION       

Qualifications

·  Education:

o   College Diploma (10+3) / Level IV / (10+2) Level III in Electricity, Industrial Electricity, IEMD, or related field.

Required Skills:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance or industrial electrical work.

· Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and control panels.

·  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

·  Understanding of electrical safety standards and procedures.

·  Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

·  Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
